truGlam does not offer any refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed. However, we will offer exchanges for unopened, unused, unbundled hair, no exceptions. We will not offer exchanges on hair that has been opened, installed, colored, permed, or processed in any manner whatsoever. All items must be in the original packaging unopened (i.e. the same condition as you received them).
You must contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for approval of any returns. Exchanges will not be permitted after 2 days of receiving the hair.
All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is opened and used in any visible manner, we will not issue exchanges for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc.
